Pre-installation Preparation
Unpack and inspect the equipment to verify that all components are present; clear and level the installation site, and re-check the equipment foundation for load-bearing capacity and flatness. Coordinate utility connections (water, electricity, steam, etc.) in advance and assemble the necessary specialized installation tools and protective consumables.

Equipment Positioning and Anchoring
Arrange the equipment according to the process flow, level the machine bodies using a precision level, and anchor the equipment to the concrete foundation. Maintain the overall leveling tolerance within 0.1 mm/m to prevent vibration or displacement during operation.

Piping and Electrical Connections
Use food-grade stainless steel piping for water and steam lines, ensuring proper sealing and insulation at all joints. Route electrical circuits independently, install earth-leakage protection devices, ensure grounding resistance is ≤4Ω, and color-code wiring to facilitate future maintenance.

Ancillary System Installation
Install and align auxiliary components such as food-grade conveyors and gear reducers, ensuring rollers and drive parts are perfectly aligned without offset. Integrate auxiliary systems-such as CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning and dust removal/disinfection units-into the main line.
