Snack Food Production Lines
These are the most widely used, versatile production lines. They can be further subdivided into five categories: puffed foods, nuts and dried fruits, pastries and cookies, flavored ready-to-eat foods, and candies/preserved fruits. They support fully automated, end-to-end production for snacks such as rice crusts, potato chips, cookies, spicy gluten snacks, and dried fruit preserves. Product specifications can be adjusted simply by changing molds, offering strong flexible production capabilities.

Fruit and Vegetable Processing Production Lines
Designed for fruit and vegetable raw materials, these lines handle the processing of products such as fresh-squeezed juice, concentrated juice, apple chips, jams, and pickled vegetables. A typical line for pickled root vegetables automates the entire process-including washing, cutting, dewatering, seasoning/pickling, and sterilization-effectively resolving issues like residual soil and uneven flavor absorption.

Dairy Processing Production Lines
Used for producing pasteurized milk, sterilized milk, yogurt, milk powder, and more, these lines integrate units such as milk clarification, homogenization, UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) sterilization, and aseptic filling. Production lines at some large dairy enterprises can process up to 150 tons of raw milk daily, significantly extending shelf life and reducing the risk of microbial contamination.

Convenience Food Production Lines
Exemplified by instant noodle production lines, these cover the entire process-from dough mixing, sheeting, and steaming to frying or hot-air drying, cooling, and packaging. They can also be adapted for products like instant porridge and quick-frozen dumplings. Quick-frozen dumpling lines can achieve a stable output of 200 dumplings per minute with a product yield rate of 99.2%.
