Verification of Compliance and Qualifications
Ensure the equipment meets current national standards, such as GB 16798-2023 "Safety Requirements for Food Machinery," and possesses complete factory certificates of conformity and third-party inspection reports; critical components (e.g., pressure vessels) must have valid compliance documentation.
Verify the manufacturer's qualifications, confirming they hold the necessary production licenses and ISO system certifications, and avoid small "OEM-only" vendors that lack actual manufacturing capabilities.

Hardware Safety Inspection
Core safety devices: Check that components such as emergency stop buttons, over-temperature/overload alarms, door interlocks, and electrostatic grounding systems are responsive and functional, with no missing or defective parts.
Materials and structure: All food-contact surfaces must be made of 304/316L food-grade stainless steel; ensure there are no sharp edges or exposed drive components, and that sealing structures are intact and leak-free.
Electrical system: The electrical system must comply with the GB 5226.1 standard for electrical safety in machinery; wiring must be properly organized and equipped with earth-leakage protection; explosion-proof electrical components are required for operations involving combustible dust.

Operational Performance Verification
No-load test: Run the equipment continuously for two hours; ensure there are no abnormal noises or overheating, temperature control precision meets specifications, and the hot air circulation system has no "dead zones" where heat accumulates.
Load test: Test with actual product input; ensure no scorching or leakage occurs during the process, operating parameters (pressure, temperature, etc.) remain stable, and no abnormal alarms are triggered.
Emergency simulation: Manually trigger over-temperature and power-outage scenarios to verify that the equipment automatically shuts down and initiates safety protection protocols without risk of loss of control.
