Pre-operation Safety Preparations
Personnel Qualifications and Protection: Operators must undergo specialized training and pass relevant assessments. They must wear anti-static workwear, heat-resistant gloves, and safety goggles, and ensure long hair is fully tucked into a work cap. Working while under the influence of alcohol or in a state of fatigue is strictly prohibited.
Equipment and Environment Checks: Verify that safety devices-such as the emergency stop button, over-temperature alarm, and door interlocks-are responsive and functional, and ensure static grounding is secure. Clear the work area of debris, remove nearby flammable or explosive materials, and confirm that fire-fighting equipment is complete and within its validity period.
Material Safety Verification: Confirm that the material to be dried is compatible with the equipment. Direct drying of flammable, explosive, or highly corrosive materials is strictly prohibited; small-batch safety tests must be conducted beforehand for special materials.

Safety Control During Operation
Standardized Startup Sequence: Start the ventilation and moisture exhaust system first, then activate the heating system for preheating. Turning on the heating system before the airflow is strictly prohibited to prevent hazards caused by localized overheating.
Continuous Monitoring: Operators must not leave their posts while the equipment is running and must monitor parameters such as temperature and pressure in real-time. Placing hands or the head into the drying chamber while the equipment is in operation is strictly prohibited; internal conditions must only be observed through the viewing window.
Emergency Response to Anomalies: In the event of abnormalities such as unusual noises, over-temperature conditions, or smoke, immediately press the emergency stop button to halt the machine and cut off power. Restarting is permitted only after the fault has been identified and the hazard eliminated; forced operation of the equipment while a fault exists is strictly prohibited.
