Verification of Qualifications and Compliance
Confirm that the equipment possesses complete manufacturing qualifications and that core components have valid inspection reports. Parts in contact with food must meet food-grade safety standards; medical-grade quick-freezers must comply with the YY/T 1902-2024 industry standard.

Verification of Core Performance Standards
The equipment must be capable of reaching the target low temperature within 4 hours under no-load conditions. Under full-load conditions, the internal temperature difference must be ≤3°C and temperature fluctuation ≤±2°C; the system must enable products to rapidly pass through the ice crystal formation zone, ensuring the core temperature drops stably to below -18°C.

Safety and Ancillary System Checks
Ensure the electrical system meets specifications, pressure vessels hold valid compliance certificates, and fire safety equipment is fully equipped. The refrigeration system must be free of leakage risks, and ancillary functions-such as temperature control recording and anomaly warning systems-must operate correctly.

Operational Verification Under Actual Conditions
Conduct a 72-hour continuous full-load test run. The equipment must operate without frequent malfunctions or abnormal frosting issues, and the moisture loss rate and quality of the quick-frozen products must meet expectations; if these criteria are met, the equipment is deemed qualified.
