Main Frame and Outer Casing
Mainstream models predominantly utilize 304 food-grade stainless steel, while 316/316L stainless steel is selected for specialized applications involving acidic food products; these materials offer corrosion resistance, ease of cleaning, and compliance with food hygiene standards, ensuring durability against rust over long-term use. The inner layer of insulated casings often incorporates rigid polyurethane sandwich panels to ensure thermal insulation, while the outer surface may utilize fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) to manage costs.

Core Conveying Components
Mesh chains and conveyor belts typically employ 304 or 316 stainless steel, whereas certain support components in contact with the belts utilize wear-resistant ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) to effectively extend service life.

Refrigeration and Heat Exchange Components
Evaporators generally feature a composite structure of stainless steel and aluminum fins; however, some high-end models utilize all-aluminum alloy construction, and others employ copper tubing for evaporator coils to ensure optimal heat exchange efficiency.

Other Structural Components
Components such as enclosure panels and control cabinets are also commonly manufactured from stainless steel, balancing structural strength with hygienic, easy-to-clean properties.
